Products and management systems grounded in organizational reality.

RB2 works at the intersection of strategy, operations, governance and technology. We turn field-tested problems into clear structures, useful tools and durable capabilities.

Clarity before complexity.

Organizations do not need another method by default. They need to understand what matters, who owns it, how decisions are made and how execution is followed.

Every RB2 product and engagement is designed around those questions.

Design with care. Implement with discipline.

We work with teams, not around them. Context, constraints and internal capabilities are part of the design. A solution succeeds only when the people involved can understand it, use it and evolve it.

Founder — strategy, performance and transformation

Richard Bourret-Beauregard

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. For more than a decade, he has worked on strategy, organizational transformation, continuous improvement, business architecture and technology.

His experience includes supporting executives and management teams in public, private and nonprofit organizations, as well as designing management systems and digital products.

RB2 grew from that combination: an engineering mindset, an understanding of organizations and disciplined use of frontier technology.

AI extends expertise; it does not replace judgment or accountability.

RB2 uses frontier AI models to accelerate research, analysis, structuring and production. Assumptions, choices, controls, validation and commitments remain under human accountability.

The objective is not to automate judgment, but to extend the reach of experienced professionals.

Our working principles.

The problem before the tool

We select methods and technologies only after understanding the intended outcome.

Explicit human accountability

A person remains responsible for decisions, validation and commitments.

Evidence before promises

We favour prototypes, tests, measures and observable results.

Solutions the organization can maintain

The operating model must remain understandable, governable and durable after the engagement.
